Modern regulatory structures and quality control make temperature validation and mapping an essential activity in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Understanding temperature variation and providing evidence of compliance, within critical spaces such as Autoclaves, Dry Heat Sterilizers, ETO Chambers, Stability chamber, Incubators and warehouses, has become a regular task.

However, the placement and securing of multiple thermocouples in the desired positions, in small or difficult to access areas or long distances between the space and instrument, can be a time consuming and frustrating task. Likewise ensuring the thermocouples are placed accurately within product containers such as bottles and pouches, with confidence that they will remain in position during validation runs, is not as easy as it may first seem.

With these problems in mind, Thermal Detection has developed a range of innovative products to assist with all aspects of validation:
