Optris® CS Micro Pyrometer

The Optris® CS Micro range of infrared pyrometers have the electronic components encapsulated in the cable, allowing for a very small, and rugged, head. This allows placement in very small spaces, and also benefits from improved thermal stability.

All the CSmicro models have an analog output, and also can be integrated with the Optris® Compact Connect software (PC), or via the IR Mobile app (Android smartphones), for programming and data capture.

CSmicro LT/LTH

With a head size of M12 x 28mm, ideal for limited space applications.

The LTH version can be exposed up to 180°C ambient, and measure from -50 to 1030°C.

Example Application: plant monitoring eg printer roller temperature, process monitoring eg thermoforming surface monitoring.

CSmicro 3M

This has a special spectral range of 2.3 micron for measurement of metals, metal oxides and ceramics from as low as 50°C to 600°C

Example Application: Temperature profile measurement of metal parts after thermal processing eg drive shafts, measuring materials through glass/plastic tubes in research labs, in metal working processes, presence detection of heated blanks.

CSmicro LT HS

For measuring very small temperature differences of 0.025°C in the range -20 and 150°C.

Example Application: Semi conductor industry testing circuit board function.

CSmicro 2M

With a spectral range of 1.6 micron suitable for measurement of metal surfaces from 250 to 1600°C.

Example Application: In metal working, detection of optimum product temperatures during forging, pressing and heat treatment operations.
