Conax TG24T/F Instrument Wire Feedthough
The Conax TG24 glands are fitted with up to 24 solid thermocouple or copper wires. Ideal for passing instrument wires into compressor bearing housings, pressure vessels, instruments, furnaces and reactors.
TG24T: Wires are PTFE insulated for up to 260°C
TG24F: Wires are glass fibre insulated for up to 482°C
TG24M: Type K thermocouple wires only, Wires are insulated with a high temperature glass fibre insulation for up to 760°C

- 24 AWG wire gauge with PTFE insulation
- Thermocouple type J, K, T, E,, Cx, Rx/Sx, N
- Solid core Cu, Ni
- Standard length is 24" each side (610mm each side), additional length can be specified on instrument or process side
- Seal is PTFE or Grafoil
- Max temperature is 260°C

TG24F
- 24 AWG wire gauge with Silicone inpregnated fibreglass insulation
- Thermocouple type J, K, T, E,, Bx, Cx, Rx/Sx
- Standard length is 24" each side (610mm each side), additional length can be specified on instrument or process side
- Seal is Viton or PTFE
- Sensor wire maximum temperature is 482°C
- Max vessel wall temperature is 93.3°C and pressure 21 Bar
TG24M
- 24 AWG wire gauge with high temperature fibreglass insulation
- Thermocouple type K
- Standard length is 24" each side (610mm each side), additional length can be specified on instrument or process side
- Seal is Viton or PTFE
- Sensor wire maximum temperature is 760°C
- Max vessel wall temperature is 93.3°C and pressure 21 Bar
